PIECES Rebranding

e were excited to share the new brand identity for Pieces Canada in July 2020; a look and feel that honours the extensive feedback received from PIECES Educators, Learners, Persons with lived experience and many other partners in care.

Pieces Canada began a journey of rebranding as part of an overall redevelopment process.  The PIECES approach, which was first launched in 1997 has continued to evolve in order to support health practitioners across the continuum of care and fostering an integrated approach to system wide collaboration. Critically the branding needed to reflect the PIECES Foundational Principles of Validating, Shared Solution Finding, Acting Together, Enhancing and Translation Knowledge.

The logo itself symbolizes a holistic Person centred and relationship focused approach to Team collaboration. It conveys the uniqueness of the Person and the interrelationship of factors impacting their experience, and reminds us of the possibilities for continuous growth and shared learning when we act together.

Pieces Canada has received an overwhelmingly positive and enthusiastic response to the new look and feel of the PIECES approach.
